Alan was the mayor when I was appointed to the police department. I’ve know him since 1982. Alan is a friend that I would enjoy talking to when would see each other. He is a pleasure to be around. I didn’t know he has been ill and the extent. Prayers to Alan and his family and here’s to a complete recovery soon. Looking forward to see his infectious smile when he’s roaming the justice center.
